Dispensational Survey of Historical and Poetic Books

In Week 2, "Dispensational Survey of the Historical and Poetic Books," we looked at how stories and poems from the Old Testament reveal God's plan for our salvation. We learned that books like Joshua, Judges, and Samuel tell of Israel's victories and struggles. Ezra, Nehemiah, and Esther teach us about renewing faith and community, while Job and Psalms offer wisdom and teach us to pray honestly. By understanding the different biblical eras and their messages for Jews, Gentiles, and the Church, we gain a deeper insight into God’s love and teachings. In the New Testament, the Gospels and Acts highlight how the message of Jesus and faith spread, showing how the Holy Spirit guided the early believers.
